An invoice (marked paid) will be sent as a receipt for the subscription.

If you press the submit button below the information above will be sent to the Society administration by email.

On pressing submit you will receive a copy of the data sent in a new page from which you can then return here and press the Home button below.

When we have received your information, you will be sent an email request for payment via PayPal to sdl-forum.org. Please make sure that you or your system does not treat the email from PayPal as spam. You should also receive an email from the admin acknowledging you application. If you do not want to make payment by PayPal, you can inform the admin once you receive the request for payment.

When we have received your payment, we will send you a paid invoice with your username and password.
