From "SDL Illustrated" page 25 : actually in SDL
92/96, when you create a block inside another
block, most SDL tools insert a hidden block
substructure. What you see is a block inside
another block. Forget block substructures (and
they have been deleted from SDL 2000).
It would help if you could tell us what tool you are using.
