Registration

SAM2018 is being treated as a satellite event of MODELS2018. To participate in SAM2018 use the MODELS2018 Registration. The registration should be for "Satellite events" (if only attending SAM2018/other satellite events) or for "Full package" if attending the main MODELS2018 conference as well.

Registration for SAM2018 (or any satellite event) entitles the participant to roam freely between any of the satellite events Sunday 14 October 2018 to Tuesday 16 October 2018. However, to get the full benefit of SAM2018, it is recommended to get the SAM2018 delegates pack. SDL Forum Society members get a discount on the fee for participation.

Venue

SAM 2018 is co-located with MODELS 2018 which is to be held in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Travel Information

Please consult the travel information provided by Models 2018.

Please be aware that citizens from certain countries may require a visa to enter Denmark. EU citizens can travel freely to Denmark; citizens of other countries may require a visa. If you travel to Denmark from outside the Schengen agreement area, you may also require a visa. To find out if you are from a country where you will need a visa to enter Denmark and additional information on visiting can be found via the website of the Visit Denmark. Before filing a visa request, applicants should have register for MODELS 2018.
