Subject: Abstract grammar for Channel definition

Dear Andreas,
We have doing some work re-drafting Z.100 to re-move the SDL/PR only grammar
(it goes to Z.106 - so it still exists).
However, we have encountered some severe difficulties understanding how the
abstract grammar for channels can work because it seems that the information
about the agent (or state machine) instance for gates is missing in the
abstract grammar.
Can you please look into this urgently.
