Dear Jacqueline
I regret that we did not have time to discuss this issue. I went on holiday
for 2 weeks immediately after the ITU meeting, followed by a week working at
ETSI. To be honest I had forgotten about your question by the time I was
back in my office. Your email to SDLnews prompted me to look at the issue,
and raise it with the group.
It also seems that although I intended to forward your first email to the
group, that probably I was interrupted before I did this (I cannot find an
archive of the forwarded email either on my computer or the archive of
discussion emails).
Anyway, I have now circulated your original email and have forwarded you two
new emails.
