I have moved the directory (including sub-directories):

ftp://ties.itu.int/tsg10/sg10/q06/

to

ftp://ties.itu.int/tsg17/sg17/wp3/q13/

I have asked the ITU to change the previous directory to an alias to the new
directory, but you may have to the address in your software.
