Subject: New directory on ftp servers; New document: Implicit Channels

I have opened a new directory on the ftp servers for the next meeting.

The documents will be numbered TDDxx.

The index document is:

<ftp://username:password#ftp.sdl-forum.org/sg10/2001/q6etsi/TDD01r00.zip>
or
<ftp://username:password#ties.itu.int/tsg10/sg10/2001/q6etsi/TDD01r00.zip>

There is a new document on implicit channels:

<ftp://username:password#ftp.sdl-forum.org/sg10/2001/q6etsi/TDD14.zip>
or
<ftp://username:password#ties.itu.int/tsg10/sg10/2001/q6etsi/TDD14.zip>

This document is towards an action point on myself and Anders Ek to change
the algorithm for implicit channels into text.

Please review the proposed text.

NOTE THAT CURRENTLY Z.100 IS INCOMPLETE WITHOUT THIS TEXT.

This situation arose because in 1999 the text was moved to Annex F and a
reference made to Annex F. However, during 2000 it was agreed to re-insert
this text into Z.100, and this has not yet been done (it is not even in the
master list of changes).

If we agree the proposed text I will see if I can get this inserted into the
master list of changes from the Geneva meeting (as long as no one objects).
