The allocation of TD number/revision is not exactly what I had intended.
The two documents
UML Profile for SDL (Z.109 revision) TDU09r9

should really have been allocated to different TD numbers.
TDU09r9/TD3171 revision 0 with the title

is the result of the February meeting, for information.
TDV09r10/TD3171r1 with the title

is the current document.
Note the title of the ITU database differs from

However, we may as well continue with the current status.
