Hello,
in order to support a generic engineering of communication subsystems we
have done some work in combining SDL and pattern-based design.
A detailed case study including the description of some initial SDL
patterns can be found in our SFB Report 19/96 under
http://rn4.informatik.uni-kl.de/people/geppert/publications.html
There you can also find some other references related to SDL patterns,
however, not available on-line. If you are interested please do not
