I believe the inquiry relates to WiMax, i.e., 802.16 suite of protocols. That is unrelated to 802.11 (Wi-Fi).

On the IEEE web site there was, around 1998 if I remember, an SDL model of the 802.11 protocol (WiFi), done with Tau G1 (SDT). I do not know if this protocol is still downloadable.
I have this model, but I am probably not allowed to distribute it.
